Yves joined the SEFICO team in 1978. After some years, he became Deputy Chief Executive and then Chairman.
Having quickly understood the importance of a medium-term vision for the development of the office, he is responsible for the strategy guiding the activity towards a multidisciplinary service platform.
With more than 37 years of experience, he accompanies and advises his SME clients, big groups, foreign companies by developing a strong partner relation with their financial departments in every field of accounting expertise, audit and consulting.
Privileged partner of his clients during inspections of the different administrations (Customhouses, Tax office, URSSAF), he is a secure interface allowing adaptation to French standards of international organisations.
A sailing enthusiast, he is the facilitator of the communications of the firm for this medium.
Jérôme is involved with the financial direction of SMEs, big groups and foreign companies as part of chartered accountancy and audit missions, but also as part of support and consulting assignments, especially in the case of delegating skills and outsourcing.
He is also specialised in corporate taxation.
He is regularly named by the Commercial Court as merger auditor.
Moreover, he is certified by the “Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers” as a business assessor. He works with investment funds and private investors.
He joined the firm in 1989.
Yves-Marie accompanies financial directions of SMES, big groups and foreign companies as part of chartered accountancy and legal or contractual audit missions. Having strong worldwide experience (as a former auditor at Arthur Andersen in the USA then in France), he joined the firm in 1991 to develop missions with international character as well as within the consulting field: revision and compilation or international taxation missions, as well as missions of legal or contractual audit. He also operates in support missions and resource outsourcing to clients of a given size.
Yves-Marie is also a member of the worldwide Audit Committee of the network NEXIA INTERNATIONAL, the vocation of which is to look after the respect for the quality of the members of the network in terms of said audit. He participates also in the development of the international network and in the distribution of joint audit methodology as defined for all the members of the network.
Moreover, he is certified by the Society of Financial Advisers and Financial Experts as companies appraiser. He is also certified in IFRS. He undertook under this title several missions to transition to IFRS and performs IFRS standards consolidation of many of his clients.
Besides the traditional missions of accounting expertise and auditing, Jean-Marc assists his clients (companies ranging from very small to structured SME/SMI) for more than 20 years in the domains of creation and of their development and, for some years, their transfer with the help of partners (lawyers, notaries, banks, BPI).
Expert with a certification body (OJD) for more than 15 years, he is in charge of the French, Moroccan and Algerian press.
He has been Vice-President of the French Association for the Liberal Professions (AFPL) for more than 10 years.
Vincent accomplishes missions of consulting and chartered accountancy to SMES and to groups of SMES in many business areas.
He has developed an expertise for 20 years in the implementation of the consolidated accounts within groups under French standards and IFRS.
He assists and advises groups throughout the process of implementation of the consolidated accounts.
He accompanies financial directions of groups of companies including in accounting and tax issues.
A chartered accounting graduate, he joined SEFICO in 1990.
Anne-Lise, chartered accounting graduate, has 20 years experience in public accounting and statutory audit. She joined the SEFICO group in 1999.
She handles among others public accounting missions on behalf of subsidiaries of big French and international groups: bookkeeping, reporting, accounting, social revision, compilation and implementation of financial statements and tax returns.
Anne-Lise is also on the faculty at ’ISC Paris Business School where she teaches courses relating to the accounting profession.
Richard comes from the business world with an experience of 15 years in the accounting department of a large international group.
He joined the SEFICO office in 2008.
A partner since 2009, he has particular competence in the organisation and installation of procedures and software.
Richard Diallo is SAP certified since 2013.
Since 2013, he is specialized in the outsourcing and the optimisation of processes. He accompanies big groups concerning the productivity of shared service centres.
Fabien has been working since 1991 in the field of chartered accountancy and taxation for groups and companies of all sizes in various sectors (retirement homes, aeronautics, press, hotels, distribution, law firms) as well as for many associations. He is also involved in corporate assessment missions and missions of expertise with works councils.
Jean-Baptiste joined Sefico Nexia in 2016 and heads the firm’s Audit department. With 15 years’ experience in the PwC audit and consulting practice, he has extensive experience in auditing and advising SMEs, ETIs and international listed companies. He has developed a strong sensitivity to international operations, including the coordination of multidisciplinary teams around the world. He spent two years in New York serving American clients.
In recent years, Jean-Baptiste has also worked on the implementation and auditing of internal control systems (risk mapping, implementation of references, testing, etc.), particularly for missions to large financial departments groups or companies in LBOs. He also carries out commissioning missions on inputs, merger and special advantages. He has a very good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Jean-Baptiste is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor.
