As a director within our Accounting & Consulting service line, Antoine will be your privileged contact and will ensure the quality of the mission throughout its realization.
Antoine began his career at Sefico Nexia in 2002. He has 18 years of experience in accounting in French and international companies in a wide range of sectors.
He has been a director since 2019.
He has a strong mastery of accounting and finance, particularly in retail, industry and services.
Antoine benefits from a strong experience in one-off reorganization and restructuring assignments (updating of accounting records, audit of accounting procedures, implementation to improve financial information and shorten closing deadlines).
Antoine also has managerial and project management skills, acquired during his support missions with finance departments, notably as head of accounting.
Vincent joined the firm in 1990.
He became a partner in 2008.
He holds the position of Head of the CONSOLIDATION division.
Vincent acts as a chartered accountant for groups or structured SMEs.
His managerial skills are managing organizations and coordinating teams of consolidation experts.
He is also a trainer within the firm.
As a certified public accountant and statutory auditor, Jérôme assists the financial departments of companies (small and medium-sized businesses, large groups, French subsidiaries of foreign companies) in accounting and consulting missions.
Jérôme is mainly involved in operational support missions (delegation of skills) in the fields of accounting/finance (complex projects) and corporate taxation (structuring, tax integration). He is also involved in missions of transformation of the Finance function and Data Analytics.
In addition, he is certified by the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers as a business valuator.
Jérôme has extensive experience and references in many sectors of the economy, including services and industry.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of Sefico Nexia and Nexia France.
Anne-Lise joined SEFICO in 1999 and started as accountant.
She specializes in acquisition audit & due diligence.
Among other things, she develops accountancy mission on behalf of subsidiaries of French and International groups: bookkeeping, reporting, social review, compilation and formatting of financial statements and tax declarations.
Besides she is in charge of social and tax assistance for various compagnies
Anne-Lise is also on the faculty of the ISC Paris Business School where she teaches courses in the accounting profession.
Richard started his career at SARA LEE Group as an Accounting Manager before joining Sefico in 2008. He now has more than 10 years’ experience in audit, accounting of French and international companies in various industries.
He specializes in implementation SAP and SOX in French companies.
Richard combines a solid experience in internal controls implementation on SAP, as well as in auditing internal control on several reglementary environments.
He has been in charge of Business strategies and SAP certification in several groups to ensure its correct application.
He has developed skills in financial control, Cash management Function and consolidation package.
Fabien is a chartered accountant and certified business valuator.
Fabien has been working since 1991 in the field of chartered accountancy and taxation for groups and companies of all sizes in various sectors (retirement homes, aeronautics, press, hotels, distribution, law firms, …) as well as for numerous associations. He is also involved in business valuation and expertise missions for works councils.
Benjamin is a Partner, head of the Firm’s Tax & Legal Practice.
He will be your privileged contact for the management of the tax and legal aspects of the assignment.
Benjamin has 20 years of experience in the field of corporate & international taxation.
He created Sefico Nexia’s Tax & Legal practice after 12 years with Deloitte France and 7 years with PwC France.
Benjamin serves French and multinational clients and assists on their strategic & day-to-day tax issues. He is also involved in international and corporate tax projects in relation to investments of foreign groups in France . He participates to the structuration of French acquisition projects and management of their financing aspects.
Benjamin has been admitted as a lawyer to the Paris bar association.
He is graduated from HEC (MS) and Paris II University.
Jean-Baptiste heads the firm’s Audit department, which includes our statutory audit, contribution audit, transaction support (buy-side and sell-side due diligences) and risk management consulting. He is also a member of the firm’s management committee and a member of Nexia’s audit committee. With more than 20 years of experience, most of which was acquired in an international audit and consulting firm, he has a solid background in auditing and consulting for small and medium-sized companies, mid-sized companies and international listed groups. He has developed a strong sensitivity to international operations, including the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams around the world, including two years spent in New York serving American clients.
Over the last few years, Jean-Baptiste has also worked on the implementation and audit of internal control systems (risk mapping, implementation of reference systems, internal audit, etc.), in particular for missions carried out for the financial departments of large groups or companies undergoing LBOs. He also carries out missions of auditing contributions, mergers and special advantages. He has a very good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Jean-Baptiste is a certified public accountant and statutory auditor.
As audit partner, Bettina will be your privileged contact and will ensure all along the quality of the mission realization.
Bettina started her career at PwC before joining Sefico in 2014. She now has more than 10 years’ experience in audit of French and international companies in various industries.
She specializes in retail, industry and pharmaceutical accounting & finance.
Bettina combines a solid experience in internal controls implementation on Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, Sapin II and french environments as well as in auditing internal control on several reglementary environments.
She has been in charge of audit and internal control trainings in several groups to ensure its correct application.
She has developed skills in management and teams’ coordination (Tax and legal experts, international offices).

Yves joined Sefico Nexia in 2000.
He has been partner since 2àéé.
He mainly carries out operational support missions for the finance departments, to which he brings his skills, notably as Accounting Partner.
He is also in charge of occasional missions to improve accounting and tax procedures through the implementation of monthly and annual closing processes.
Jean-Claude has a solid experience in mergers and acquisitions and more generally in corporate finance.
With more than 100 transactions carried out in various sectors, his technical expertise allows our clients to be serene throughout the entire process.
Yves-Marie is one of the managing partner at SEFICO-NEXIA since 1998. His domain of intervention is primarily Audit & Advisory as well as Tax compliance. He has a strong worldwide experience (as former auditor with Arthur Andersen in the USA and in France), he has developed international Audit & Advisory engagements, including specifically : statutory audit of group subsidiary, compilation engagements or tax compliance. Yves is also very active in developing outsourcing assistance to the finance or accounting departments for its clients.
Yves-Marie has always been very active in the Nexia network, being a member of the worldwide Audit Committee of NEXIA INTERNATIONAL for the past 6 years, the vocation of which is to look after the respect for the quality of the members of the network. He acts as a primary contact for Audit & Advisory engagements within SEFICO-NEXIA and is keeping in touch with members of the Nexia International organization by attending most events and providing his support in the preparation of training sessions.
Yves-Marie is a certified Valuator (certification from the Society of Financial Advisers and Financial Experts) and is also certified in IFRS. He has undertook several engagements to help his clients transition towards IFRS and perform IFRS standards consolidation.
With more than 40 years of experience, Yves SONIER accompanies and advises his SME clients, large groups and foreign companies, developing a strong partnership relationship with their financial departments in all areas of accounting, auditing and consulting in France and abroad.
Having very quickly understood the importance of a comprehensive service offering for the firm’s development, he was at the origin of the firm’s transformation from an accounting firm to a multidisciplinary service platform.
As a privileged partner of his clients, Yves SONIER, is a secure interface allowing the adaptation to French standards of international organizations.
As a Director within Sefico Nexia’s Consolidation and Expertise Division, Augustin will be your key contact for the preparation of consolidated financial statements and for support assignments for French companies and subsidiaries of French and foreign groups.
Augustin joined Sefico Nexia in 2007 after 3 years of experience in the field of public accounting with a Big4.
He assists groups of companies on a daily basis in the fields of accounting, taxation and consolidation.
With 12 years of experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and French standards, Augustin will become in 2019 Director of the firm’s Consolidation and Standards department.
He has developed skills in the implementation of consolidation systems, in the recovery of historical data and in the management of the transition to new standards.
After having developed an expertise in accounting, corporate finance and real estate for nearly 20 years, Jean-Charles embraced the exciting world of training. After nearly 10 years of training facilitation, he joined Sefico Nexia and took over the management of the Training service line created at that time.
Training is the cornerstone of any person’s development and it is with this in mind that Sefico Nexia has developed a whole range of training courses to meet its clients’ needs.

Edouard assists French and international companies and groups on all tax issues, both in advisory and litigation matters, in various sectors of activity (infrastructure, retail, pharmaceuticals, etc.) and has participated in numerous acquisitions and reorganizations in both M&A and private equity.
He has developed a distinctive expertise in asset taxation in the management and optimization of remuneration tools and asset investments by corporate executives and private investors.
Edouard has a high quality multidisciplinary training after working in renowned law firms. He also provides VAT services to French and international groups.
Julien started his carreer in 2008 with Hertz in Ireland, where he was involved in the implemantation of the European shared service center in Dublin (UK and BENELUX markets).
He joined Sefico-Nexia in 2011. He has a 10 years experience in accounting, tax, and andit for French and foreign companies of various businesses.
Julien has two main fields of experiences:
Support in France of foreign companies regarding taxes, accounting (reconciliation FR GAAP vs Group GAAP) and internal control matters
Outsourced administrative services (procedures manual, accounting, taxes, AP/AR management)
His last achievement: Julien and his team provide a full outsourced administrative service for a start up in the spirits industry (Eminente). He designed and wrote the manuel of procedures, manage the AP and AR services for this start-up and prepare the accounintg monthly and quarterly reportings.
Raphaël joined Sefico Nexia in 2007. A graduate of the MASTER CCA of the CETFI in Aix-en-Provence, he has extensive experience in accounting and finance, particularly in the industrial, vending and service sectors.
Raphaël specialises in subsidiaries of foreign groups in France for which he deals with specific issues such as the determination of the integrated tax result, the particularities of international VAT, and the monitoring of discrepancies with French GAAP.
Both French and international companies benefit from his renowned expertise in accounting and auditing.
With 14 years of experience, Raphaël has been a director and a chartered accountant since 2019.
In his free time, Raphaël skis, boxes and sails.
As a Director within Sefico Nexia’s Chartered Accountancy Department, Yann will be your privileged contact for support missions for French companies and subsidiaries of French and foreign groups.
Yann began his career with Sefico Nexia in 2000. He has 20 years of experience in the fields of chartered accountancy and auditing, working with French SMEs and subsidiaries of French and foreign groups in a wide range of sectors.
He becomes Director in 2019.
He specializes in subsidiaries and branches of foreign groups in France for which he is called upon to deal with various issues such as the management of different mapings, the analysis of tax/budget variances and the French Gaap / US Gaap income statement transition.
Yann has also developed managerial and project management skills, acquired on accounting outsourcing and organizational missions.
